The Stewart Family, Rouken Glen

I can't get enough of these autumn photoshoots just now, the colours are amazing so I was delighted when Melissa got in touch. She was looking to update her family photos, which she would usually do with holiday photos but with no trips away this year, due to the 'virus that shall not be named', she decided a professional shoot was the way to go.

This was not the first time that I have photographed Melissa and her lovely family. I am good friends with Melissa's dad who is the very wonderful George The Humanist Mclean, a few years ago he was conducted a very special naming ceremony for his two youngest granddaughters and asked me to be the photographer. I have since had the pleasure of photographing his family at many family events.

During the one hour family photo shoot I always like to get some individual portraits. Penny and Paige were fantastic models and were super cute in their matching furry jackets.

A quick outfit change and Penny and Paige were ready for some halloween fun. Paige's purple Disney witches outfit looked amazing against the autumnal colours and Penny was dressed as one of my daughter's favourite characters Uma from the movie Descendants. I managed to grab a few shots as they ran around each other engaged in a battle of magic spells and gunshots.

We rounded off the shoot with a couple more family photos before I left them to spend the rest of the afternoon exploring beautiful Rouken Glen Park. Thank you again Melissa and Gary for choosing Daniel Mainland Photography.

I still have dates available for autumn family photo shoots, book in soon before all the leaves are blown off the trees. All family shoots come with their own online album of a approximately 50-70 photos (with full printing rights) where you are free to download and share your images as you please. You also receive your own mobile app with a gallery of your images. Family shoots available from only £149 please check my website or get in touch for more details.
